How much are shipping and handling charges?
A flat-rate fee is charged for the preparation and dispatch of the order to France and Monaco:
- 4€ for 1 card (with gift bag), 8€ for 2 cards, 12€ for 3 cards by recorded delivery.
- 10.98€ from 4 cards up to 8 cards, and between 12 and 15€ over 8 cards by DPD parcel service

Your parcel's dispatch number (Colissimo or lettre suivie), sent to you by email, will enable you to check its delivery status. If you notice a problem with the delivery of your parcel, please contact us using the form at the bottom of the page. Delivery times are average times and are not guaranteed. Les Thermes Marins Monte-Carlo declines all responsibility in the event of delivery outside these times or in the event of erroneous information provided by the customer (error on the postal address or the name of the recipient).

If the status of your order indicates “awaiting payment”, your order has not been validated. If you choose not to finalize your order, it will be deleted automatically within approximately 15 days. Whichever option you choose, we guarantee that your bank details will not be stored under any circumstances.
